Investigations Today

Organisations today are often faced with the difficult task of finding competent, professionally qualified and experienced investigators. Investigations on two pronged approach: diagnostic in workplace practices such as strategic planning and human resource triangulation issues; and behavioural issues.

Experience

Paul has experience across both aspects. It covers a wide range of investigation matters from criminal through to civil. In the context of organisation behavioural interests he has conducted investigations into corporate fraud; theft; flawed selection processes; unfair treatment in the work place and many other workplace grievance matters.

Paul is a qualified Detective and had six of his eleven years service with the NT Police as Detective in the Criminal Investigation Branch. He has investigated a wide range of serious crime, prepared substantial files and delivered evidence in Supreme Courts throughout Australia.

Paul has provided his services to a range of Public Sector organisations. For many years he conducted investigations on behalf of the Commissioner for Public Employment (NT).

Licenced

He is a licenced private investigator (Queensland). His work is factual investigation based and does not do surveillance investigations for matrimonial issues.

His skills in diagnostic investigations are complemented with skilled report writing and presentations.
